Say NO to milk, bread, fruit, rice, cereals, potatoes, pasta, fruit juice and soft drinks. Say YES to meat, fish, vegetables, beans, pulses, peas, lentils, nuts, asparagus and spinach.Some (a little) oranges, half-fat cheese, white wine, salsa and guacamole.
