Using the javascript tools from del.icio.us I have created a brain homepage at Oyster Hill Media.
I'm pleased with the way that the page looks but the script is not browser safe eg. the bullets don't look good in IE.
Also, because the feed is in JS the Adsense ads don't pick up the context of the page. I was hoping to see what kind of ads were served based upon the links I saved at del.icio.us.
I owned the original Tungsten E which came in the same shaped packaging and had the same look and feel. Eventually, I sold it because of the limitations that have now been resolved in the Palm TX model; a bigger screen and wifi access to the internet.
MobileTechReview give it 4/5 and reviews.cnet.com give the T|X an excellent 8.0. In their eyes, the Palm TX does well on available ROM memory (128, 114 available).
DPReview have recently given the Canon PowerShot S80 digital camera a Highly Recommended rating.
The Canon PowerShot S80 digital camera has a 8 megapixel CCD plus a 3.6X optical zoom. I particularly like it because it has a wide angle lens on it plus a large 2.5" display on the back.

Personal Computer World (PCW) have just bestowed their Editors Choice on this personal laser printer.
These days the cost per page, when it comes to printing, is starting to work in favour of laser printers and this one certainly looks the part. For any small business to have one of these in the corner would certainly suit most purposes.
The PCW review of the Dell 3100cn is here.
Windows Live vs. Start.com - somebody better tell me the difference because they look very similar. Will Start.com be dropped now that Windows Live has come along?
Microsoft today announced that several key products and services - from office software to e-mail and instant messaging services - will be delivered online and on demand via Windows Live.
Start.com is an MSN incubation project which offers a stripped-down search page rather than the current content-heavy MSN.com start page.
My guess is that Start.com will fold into Windows Live, but I could be wrong ...
start.com, this is Microsoft's version of Google's personalised home page. It's still in test at the moment and is interesting for the fact that currently it contains no MS branding.
I have recently been using and tweaking the Google personalised homepage so I will be watching the MS one for better functionality.
Incidentally, the Google homepage hides the fact that you can include RSS feeds. To find the "Subscribe to RSS Feature" you need to look for the subscribe feature under the "Create a Section" link on the LHS.
Optimus keyboard
... ok, it probably looks a darn sight better than it performs. But when a simple thing like a keyboard can be designed and enhanced to look this good then, well ... dribble.

The new Motorola RAZR v3, the spectacularly good-looking handset from Motorola. Calling this phone slim is an understatement with the unit measuring less than 14mm from front to back! This doesn't seem like much but when you consider what the phone packs in, you realise what you're witnessing - one of the slimmest feature rich handsets on the market.
The RAZR v3 is one of the most desirable handsets currently available, with its aluminium casing providing a stylish finish. The handset is also feature rich with the following;
Key Features
- Dimensions: 13.9 x 55 x 98mm
- External color display
- Alloy chemically-etched keypad
- Internal quad-band antenna
- Bluetooth wireless technology
- 22kHz polyphonic speaker with MP3 ringer
- MPEG4 video Playback
- 3D Graphics Engine
- Int' display: 2.2 inch 176 x 220 pixel 64K color TFT
As you may or may not know I have been tinkering with a personal blog for the last couple of months.
One of the most interesting features I have come across is the newsreader and how effective it is to use one of these to pull information to you the surfer rather than having to go and get it yourself.
I am using the beta of the FeedDemon news reader as I particularly like the auto-feed capture, and a few more are mentioned in this article above.
This subject has a great relevance, particularly in providing the reader/visitor with regular news and information.
