Modern Manchester, Joy Division, New Order, Hacienda, Factory Records, Peter Saville, Gillian Gilbert, Happy Mondays have all all had such a massive impact on this country, our culture, our country's musical originality and on my youth and some of the best of my life's references. These are all influenced by Tony Wilson. He wasn't responsible for each of those things own greatness but he was responsible for giving them all a start.
